- This is the first crossover for both Drake & Josh and Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide.
- Drake, Josh, Megan, Mindy and Mrs. Hayfer (cameo only) from Drake & Josh and Ned, Mose and Cookie from Ned's Declassified are the only ones from their show to appear in the crossover. However, the Ned's Declassified characters don't appear until part two and the Drake & Josh characters leave in part three.
- The full cast of The Suite Life on Deck appears in all three parts of the crossover.
- On a side note, the three main characters of Ned's Declassified appears in both part two and three and are indirectly mentioned in part one.
- Audrey and Walter do not appear at all in this crossover but they are mentioned in parts one and two.
- Audrey's voice is also heard in part two.
- The majority of this crossover will take place on the S.S. Tipton.
- If this were to be a real episode, part one would be a Drake & Josh episode titled Come Sail Away (To Another Show), part two would be a Suite Life on Deck episode with the crossover title and part three would be a Ned's Declassified episode titled Suite Life Survival Guide.
- In part two, Mindy mentions the events to Honor Council.
- Both Bailey and Mose point out that Megan looks like Carly Shay since Miranda played both roles.
- Cookie claims Carly to be way hotter.
