Mr.Nadel is an employee at Fleeting Jobs. He appears in the episode I Love Sushi when Drake and Josh attempt to get a temporary job in order to pay for the family's stolen furniture. He is played by George Frangides

He is shown to be a depressed, ill-tempered and bitter individual. He even says that every woman he meets changes their phone numbers after the first date. This is shown when after Drake and Josh leave his office, he picks up a phone number and dials it, only though it tells him that the number has been disconnected. He angrily exclaims "Every time!!" before hitting away a bottle of lotion on his desk.
